1. About Our Products
Moclay Studio creates handmade décor, candles, resin pieces, concrete items, trays, preserved-memory pieces and other handcrafted products.
Because our products are handmade, each piece may have slight variations in colour, texture, shape, finish, bubbles, patterns or minor imperfections. These differences are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not necessarily considered defects.
We believe these small differences make every piece unique.
2. Product Images & Colours
We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography conditions.
Some decorative elements shown in photographs may be for styling purposes only. Please refer to the product description for what is included with your purchase.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout.
Please make sure that your name, phone number, email address and delivery address are correct before completing your order.
Moclay Studio reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customized & Personalized Orders
For customized or personalized products, please carefully check the information you provide, including names, dates, messages, colours, sizes and other requested details.
Once production has started, customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation, exchange or modification, except where the product is received damaged or has a manufacturing issue.
5. Preserved Memories
For products involving customer-provided memories, photographs, flowers, jewellery, keepsakes or other personal items, customers are responsible for providing suitable items and accurate instructions.
Due to the handmade preservation process, the final appearance may differ slightly from the original item.
Moclay Studio will handle customer-provided items with reasonable care; however, we cannot guarantee that every natural or delicate item will remain exactly as it was originally.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, changes in pricing will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, public events or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company’s handling and delivery schedule.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.
8. Damaged Items
Our products are carefully packed before dispatch.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. Photographs and/or an unboxing video may be requested to help us assess the condition of the package and product.
Please keep the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Any claim regarding damage should be reported within the period stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are handmade, customized or personalized, returns and exchanges may be subject to specific conditions.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy before placing your order.
Products that have been customized according to a customer’s specifications may not be eligible for return simply because the customer has changed their mind.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.
If production, customization or dispatch has already started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For customized orders, cancellation terms may differ depending on the stage of production.
11. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product images, graphics, logos, text, designs and other content appearing on the Moclay Studio website are owned by or used with permission by Moclay Studio.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Website Information
We try our best to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability and other website information are accurate.
Occasionally, errors or inaccuracies may occur. Moclay Studio reserves the right to correct errors, update information and make changes to products or website content when necessary.
