I was never the person you would expect to end up here.
I have always been more of a science person — someone who believed in logic, calculations, facts, and things that could be explained. Art, for me, was something beautiful to admire, but never something I imagined would become a part of my own journey.
Yet sometimes, life quietly takes us somewhere our plans never could.
My creative journey began long before Moclay Studio.
I started with Vogue FHM, an online clothing venture where I discovered the excitement of building something of my own. From there, my journey took me into stationery, and later into the world of marketing consultancy, where I learned how ideas become brands, how stories connect with people, and how something created with passion can find its way into someone’s life.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I was still looking for something more personal.
Something I could touch.
Something I could shape with my own hands.
Something that wasn’t just about selling a product, but about creating a feeling.
And that’s where Moclay Studio was born.
Where Materials Become Memories
There is something deeply emotional about handmade art.
A piece of clay, resin, concrete or wax begins as something ordinary. But with patience, imagination and a pair of human hands, it slowly becomes something meaningful.
That’s what I love about creating.
A tray can become part of someone’s home.
A candle can become part of a quiet evening.
A preserved piece can hold a memory that someone never wants to lose.
And a handmade object can become a small reminder of a person, a place, a moment or a feeling.
Every piece we create carries a little bit of that philosophy.
From One Idea to Many Hands
What began as an experiment has now grown into something I am incredibly grateful for.
We have created and dispatched so many pieces to people who chose to bring our work into their homes, gift it to someone special, or preserve something meaningful through it.
Every order still carries that same excitement for me — because behind every piece is a person who chose something handmade.
And that means everything.

And today, every time I see a finished piece leave our studio and begin a new life in someone’s home, I feel incredibly thankful for the unexpected journey that brought me here.
